• Location Address: Balloon flight operation facility, SkyDive Desert Drop Zone, Dubai.
• Bring a valid ID (Passport or Government ID) for check-in. Without a valid ID, passengers cannot fly.
• Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall.
• The waiver form must be completed 24 hours before the flight. Please submit it online.
• Weight limit for passengers: Maximum of 119 kg.
• The balloon can accommodate between 10 to 28 passengers.
• Restrictions apply: Pregnant women, children under 5 years, and individuals over 85 are not permitted to fly. The pilot has the final say regarding eligibility.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those with serious health conditions (heart problems, recent surgeries, etc.), or those with a fear of heights are not recommended for this activity.
• Mental, emotional, and physical disabilities are not permitted for safety reasons.
• All passengers must sign a declaration confirming they do not have any disqualifying health conditions.
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic and location.
• Additional charges apply for private transportation from remote areas, with advance notice from our operations team.
